Me and My Negroni

Yields 1 cocktail | By Tony Abou-Ganim

1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce gin
Orange peel

Pour equal parts Campari, sweet vermouth and gin into an etched mixing glass. Add ice to the glass and give it a quick stir. Place a 2-inch ice cube in your serving glass. Put the Hawthorne strainer over your mixing glass and strain the drink out into the serving glass. Cut a small swath of orange peel, twist to express over the drink and place on top as a garnish.
