Chef Chris Oh is the owner/chef of many restaurants, and Hawaii locals know him best for Chingu, the Koreatown-inspired restaurant and late night spot serving up flavored sochu and Korean street food. Chingu is temporarily closed due to COVID-19, so Oh gave Hashi his Chingu Kimchi Fried Rice recipe to make at home. Photo: courtesy of Chingu
